What's the difference between your prints and limited editions and the cost?

• Limited editions are limited in the number of prints that will be available. Once all the editions are sold/printed, the edition will be archived and no longer available.
• All limited editions come hand signed, numbered, hand embellished and come with a certificate of authenticity. Open editions have no limit and will typically come with a digital signature with no certificate.
• Limited editions are always larger than open editions.
• All limited editions come hand embellished and are unique from every other embellished edition; meaning no two editions are the same. Limited editions are typically for buyers who may not be quite ready to make the leap to an original yet still desire something that is distinctive. Open editions are not hand embellished.

What is your shipping Policy?

For limited editions we ship anywhere in the contiguous United States for a flat rate of $60.00, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska, Hawaii and all other countries will have to contact us directly at briencole@briencole.com to arrange shipping fees. All originals include free shipping. You can expect to your receive your artwork within 7 -14 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. 

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

We do not provide refunds based on customer preference. We will provide a replacement at no charge for any orders damaged in shipping. If your shipment arrives damaged it will be replaced at no cost to you. Upon arrival if the box is damaged please contact us immediately at briencole@briencole.com. Prior to opening the package, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package. Then proceed to open to package to verify if any damage has occurred the artwork. In the event that the artwork is damaged, please keep all packaging and photos of the damage to both the packaging and artwork. Return shipping cost is at the customer's expense and must be in the original packaging.
