What is your shipping Policy?

 

FOR OPEN AND LIMITED EDITION PRINTS: Flat Rate Ground Shipping. We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States - except Alaska and Hawaii - for a FLAT RATE OF $60.00.  Alaska, Hawaii and all other countries will need to contact us directly through briencole@briencole.com to arrange shipping fees. You can expect to receive your artwork in 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

FOR ORIGINALS: All shipping is free for the Continental 48 U.S.  Alaska, Hawaii and all other countries will need to contact us directly through briencole@briencole.com to arrange shipping fees.

What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds?

We do not provide refunds based on customer preference. We will provide a replacement at no charge for any orders damaged in shipping.

SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED: If your work arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Upon arrival if the box is damaged, please contact us immediately at briencole@briencole.com. Prior to opening the package, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package. You may then open the package to see if the artwork has been damaged and if it is damaged. 

 

In the event your artwork is damaged, please keep all packaging, photos of damage to both the packaging and artwork.

Return shipping cost is at the customer's expense and must be in the original packaging.
